The Rebellious North
The Rebellious North is a collaborative project supported by Arts Council, aimed to re-establish a proper connection between culture and the community.
It is a magic performance which explores historical happenings told with projection mapping installations and through which people will have a journey into their own past.
The show proposes a bespoke animation that will be performed outdoor in the back of the Bishop Auckland castle as part of the FebFest in Bishop Auckland.
It tells about significant tales which have made the story of the north east, as well as the whole country. It goes from the Romans up to the Miners strike, exploring key moments as the arrival of Vikings, the war of Roses and the Hexham Riot

My tasks were to animate the dragon in the viking scene, to create and animate the roses climbing the building (Paint Effects), to create and animate the flags (nCloth), and to create and animate the blowing paper (nCloth).
